Who can buy which apartment?
TOP 01, TOP 02 and TOP 03 are municipal apartments — purchase is reserved for local residents of Westendorf. TOP 04, TOP 05 and TOP 06 are premium apartments and are available on the open market without that restriction. We are happy to explain the exact requirements for the municipal apartments in person.
Which apartments are still available?
Five of six: TOP 01, TOP 02 and TOP 03 for local residents, plus TOP 04 and TOP 06 on the open market. TOP 05 is currently reserved; we are glad to add you to the waiting list.
Are the images and floor plans binding?
No. All interior views and furnished floor plans are furnishing ideas — non-binding visualisations showing one of many possible layouts. They do not represent the actual scope of construction or delivery, nor the condition at handover. Furniture, kitchens, decoration, lighting, materials, colours and planting are not part of the purchase contract and are not included in the sale. Only the submitted building plans, the construction and fit-out specification and the purchase contract are binding.
What do the apartments cost?
We are happy to give you the price for your chosen apartment on request — together with the room schedule and the complete area figures.
When can I move in?
Construction is due to start in spring 2027 with completion scheduled for spring 2028. The exact handover date is fixed in the purchase contract.
Can I still personalise the apartment?
Yes. Until construction begins in spring 2027, flooring, wall and floor finishes, bathrooms, kitchen and the electrical and lighting layout can be decided together. In consultation with the architect, parts of the room layout can also be adjusted. The earlier you commit, the greater the scope.
Are a parking space and storage included?
Every apartment comes with a space in the underground garage and its own storage unit. The lift connects the underground garage with every floor; it does not open directly into the apartments.
